Nice area , I loved the stay but didn’t love the bed, I couldn’t sleep due to super firm mattress my back was hurting not allowing me to have a pleasant good rest, also when requested for an extra towel they mentioned that was only One per guest, I ended having the extra towel, that was appreciated but limiting the towels, really

Construction site. Ee needed som forks for late dinner when the restaurant was closed, they said no and tell us to go to Oxxo, wich was closed, a second time they gave ua some plastic forks when we demand it. Breakfast included was a joke. Cold hotsandwiches and juice or fruit. Only one. Iam travelling 250 nights so for me this was a disaster

The room smelled like dirty carpet and/or mouse drippings. The carpet had visible stains and burnt marks shaped like an iron. The toilet leaked water when flushing (hoping it was clean water) . When I reserved the hotel I was told that continental breakfast was included. However, the continental breakfast was the most disappointing of all. We were given coffee, a simple sandwich (bread, a slice of cheese and ham) a tiny piece of lettuce and mayo and a tiny bowl of fruit was included. My niece does not like coffee and was not given water or an option of another drink when we asked for it… The lobby was charming, overall staff were friendly.

Hotel was nice location great, the food need a bit more attention specially when you order eggs, I order over easy eggs, I couldn’t eaten, they look like volcano crater bubbles all over I don’t know how they cooked but it was bad, I’m sorry to tell you but I will definitely will come back and stay with you guys again or recommend to any one, thank you for having me and my wife.

Location is the best attribute of this hotel. After that and the decent included breakfast (not Mexican), there’s a lot to be improved. The condition of the rooms is a pity. For such a good location, they could invest in updating and maintaining this property’s rooms. Apart from old and mostly non functioning, electric system is a hazard. No hand towel and never got it even after asking for it. No more pillows available either. A/C is as old as the hotel and never warmed up (apart from making a loud noise). Price was interesting for the area, but comes with a price. The 3 stars they get are because of its location. This hotel somewhere else would get 1.

The checkin was smooth and thry were friendly and helpful. My issues were the room condition. The two chairs for the table were in need of repair. The leather was coming off in places. Also the rug was coming up at the door to the balcony. The shower was ok. The shower head could have been better. I didnt feel liek i properly got rinsed and the tub did not have anti slip in it. As someone whos slipped and fallen and spent a month in the hospital this makes me nervous.

The staff are friendly and help how they can, but I would say the overall room comfort wasn’t there. The air conditioning barely works, the road noise is super loud in all the rooms, and they provide nothing to prevent all the mosquitos in the rooms.
