Everything turned out great. We were attended by courteous staff, the room was in perfect shape and with a great view, all in all this was a fantastic stay.

We recently booked a property through Travelosity that was listed as a hotel, had good reviews, and seemed appropriate for tourists. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The place turned out to be more like a short-stay or by-the-hour motel, which is not suitable for travelers. When we arrived, the room was not clean — the toilet had used toilet paper inside, and the bed still had hair on it. We were honestly shocked. Because of this, we had to spend extra money to transfer to a decent hotel in a better location. It’s disappointing that Travelosity includes this type of property in their packages. It should be clearly labeled and not advertised as a standard hotel.

El servicio fue muy malo, no tiene plancha en la habitación, no tiene servicio de lavandería , la atención no fue buena no lo considero como Hotel se parece más que a un Motel pero, es bonito las instalaciones

Sí muy bonito el hotel, limpio, atención del personal, excelente, tal vez como sugerencia comentó que debería tener un mueble para poder guardar tu equipaje así como una plancha, como lo hacen los hoteles regularmente
