The hotel was very clean and the complementary shuttle that takes you to the airport and the basilica was very convenient. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The only complaint I have was towards one staff member who works in reception who refused to provide a disposable fork and then later decided to charge me for one after I brought up the idea about getting one from the breakfast buffet area.
