Cleaning in facilities and room can be improved, particularly considering that CDMX is a construction zone. Staff was attentive. Amenities such as the laundry is a good plus for travelers with kids. Great location considering transport, restaurants and sightseeing. Coffee and pastries were not offered, nor the bottled of wine.

The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff is courteous. The room is clean, however it didn't appear they clean our room during our stay for 6 days/5 nighs.

Property was nice and well maintained I loved the free laundry and the included coffee and snacks at front desk. The rooms were decent size although the layout was a bit strange did not like having to enter closet to enter restroom, also the air conditioner had limits. Overall the experience id say was an 8/10 would stay there again, I was really said when I did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine listed on the booking page.

We had a great stay. Staff was amazing. Some things weren't perfectly new but that's okay because this was a great deal, our room was made up every day, we had plenty of space, and it was near everything!

The location was excellent and very clean. Only thing was the lack of response to my question of parking availability. I’m glad we opted not to rent a car and used the Turibus bus service to tour around it was easy and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay at Grand Chapultepec. The security staff were friendly and helpful as were the front desk staff. Our room was clean and recently renovated. The neighborhood is walkable with many food options. It is also a short walk to the attractions in Chapultepec Park. I would recommend this hotel.

This is the first time that I stated at this place. I absolutely loved it. The place is very clean, safe, secured and accessible. I got room service every day. Staff are super friendly. I will be going back in June to stay for two weeks.

Friendly and very helpful employees. Safe area, great coffee shop next door. Walking distance from many stores and attraction. We do not speak spanish and I was able to communicate with google translate. Some employees were speaking a bit of English. Internet connection was good so I could work all day in my room.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout stay. Unfortunately there was serious construction work on our floor between 7:30am to 8:30pm which didn't make it a peaceful or relaxing stay. The gym is basic and power went out after 7mins on the treadmill. Thankfully in a great location with park nearby for outside exercise.
