「The bed was really comfortable and everything was super clean. The night snacks and morning breakfast make things a lot easier and everything was delicious. Lots of children enjoying the pool. 」
「My family and I were in town for an event in Cleveland and we found this gem about 10 minutes from downtown. There was plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were greeted with bottles of water and a snack. Hot and cold breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and spacious and there was a water bottle filling station in the lobby. Around the clock coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Would have been appreciated if the person at the front desk would have removed her mask. I as a hearing impaired customer that was staying there could not communicate with this person. She could have step back and removed the mask to communicate or she could have written on a piece of paper」
