"Staff was great! Caring and helpful, room was good. We left our “still enjoying the room” tag on our door one of the days and the cleaning staff doesn’t go through those doors ( totally our fault) but when I walked to the lobby for extra towels and extra pillows my wife wanted, the staff went out of they’re way to get us what we needed. Super kind and we had a great stay"

"We stayed for 7 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional and accomodating. It was a good location for us to visit with family who lived 7 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast had some hot choices but were mostly the same every day."

"Overall this home was really nice. It is about 20 minutes to Lackland AF Base. The homes layout is good. We were able to socialize and be comfortable. It also has a dog friendly yard that is very accessible. The host provided toiletries and laundry soap which was a nice unexpected perk. There is a huge poker table that was fun but you'll need to bring the poker chips if you want to use it. The host is VERY responsive if you need anything which we really appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. You might want to bring extra pillows and games if that is important to you."
