"Great location, rooms out of date, my microwave didn't work, and if the cleaning staff is washing linen, there is no hot water. I had to get my room key reprogrammed everyday because it would erase itself."

"The safe batteries were completely dead. The cleaning people did not fully stock the toilet paper, or cups. Things that should be automatic. The check in staff were great, especially the midnight crew. "

"Overall it was ok not great but not bad the beds need updating sofa beds are not comfortable at all I would recommend anyone to use them as rest I would wish they had better water pressure and parking is not very good "

"Housekeeping staff was scarce!!! We asked for more towels and they said they ran out and questioned why we’d need more towels within a day and night of staying. When we decided to try the pool two days later, they had specific pool towels that were the size of a larger hand towel. Housekeeping did not come in the rooms until 3pm or so. One day they came at 9 a.m. and we said we will leave in 10 min please come back and no one ever did so we asked the front desk of someone could and they said no they don’t come back after one try. We finally got tired of waiting for housekeeping and started tying off garbage and dirty towels in the hallway and started a trend with neighboring rooms also agreeing how frustrated they’ve been with housekeeping. They need more housekeeping staff!"
