This rental was okay. Didn’t have a good view of anything, just lots of surrounding condos. There was a sound coming from the unit next door that woke us repeatedly through the night, like a very loud struggling dryer sound right up against the wall of the master bedroom. Kind of a 90s style decor throughout. Towels didn’t seem super hygienic, it also tells you to “place only used towels by the washer”, I’m really hoping they wash all of them when people leave. The couch in the property was broken and the legs didn’t go up on one side. There wasn’t any cable tv and the cell service was pretty bad. Also we rented this place because it was pet friendly but they do charge you extra to bring a pet. Even with all of this it wasn’t terrible, I think if I went into it with lower expectations maybe I wouldn’t have been as let down. P.S. bring your toiletries, tissues, etc.

Underwhelming

Worst bath provisions we have had a VRBO. Soaps, shampoos etc. very minimal and low quality. Master bath sink dripped all the time. Bed linens were very worn...we hope they were clean. Bath towels were so worn there were holes in them. Crickets have take residence inside the unit. Kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans but it was not fantastic. Kitchen cabinet doors had grime on some of them. I typically just make do with what we get but this time I felt the standard was below average for a property rented through VRBO.

Nice property, fun little stay!

We had a good time and chose Mesquite because it's quiet and we made a day trip to Vegas. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to stores and we were able to go to a local casino for dinner and the arcade with our kids. The pool was fun and the residents here seemed very friendly and welcoming. It was a very relaxing time.

Nice weekend

Just a few things. There were 2 lightbulbs out in the kitchen making it really dark in there. The light above the sink needs to be of higher wattage. We wanted to enjoy the pool after a very long day on the golf course. The water was soooooo cold we couldn’t even get in. The legs on the range need to be adjusted because it tipped easily.
