"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. "The place was lovely and the scenery beautiful. It was just very out of the way and hard to find. The place was clean and spacious. The drive was very scenic. No places to eat nearby. No real amenities in the immediate area. However we didn’t realize that the road was very winding and mountainous so it took way longer to drive than what it appears on the map. We should have checked that out on Google maps. "
