We got in late to Brindisi because we had been in Naples during the day, and we had problems navigating the narrow streets. I parked the rental car by a cafe nearby and walked to the B&B. The hostess came back with me to help guide the car to their parking lot. It was rainy and cold and she didn't hesitate to help me, even though my Italian language was rusty!! Room was big enough to accommodate the 4 of us, had comfortable beds, and a great shower. I wish we could've stayed more than 1 night....

The check-in staff at Hotel Orientale were helpful & very welcoming. They helped us with our luggage to Palazzo Berllocchi specially the evening shift. We also got a bottle of local bubbly as a complimentary gift. The room was kept clean, towels were changed. The breakfast was a big spread for fruits, hot items and great coffee. Staff in the breakfast room was very friendly & catered to the needs of the clients. Upon check-out, the morning staff helped us get a taxi to the train station....

We spent a few days at this Masseria as a home base for daily excursions around Puglia. The location is great. The hotel is very comfortable and Daniele, the owner is very helpful and accomodating. The restaurant in the off season isn't open during the week, so we only had breakfast here and that was good. I would recommend this Masseria for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay in Ostuni.

This Palazzo is an art piece in itself! The art work on the walls, the frescoes in the room, not mentioning that it has one of the oldest/ preserved working kitchens in Italy! The rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing and they can accommodate you based on your food needs! We had a wonderful time here and we would recommend this place anytime, especially if you want to feel like the nobles used to feel like back in the day!

Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were!
