Great hitel

We stayed in one of the cabins. The cabin itself was clean. The shampoo/body wash bottle was empty. The hot tub was clean. The complementary breakfast was decent. The only reason why the low star rating, is because the cabins do not have AC units. It gets really hot during the day and cool in the evening but it’s still not enough to cool the entire cabin down. The hotel personnel recommended to keep the windows open at night and closing them during the day, along with the shades. The cabin has a ceiling fan, but you cannot regulate it, it has a set speed. It did not help to cool down the cabin. I did notice that if you stay in the rooms, they do have AC units, it’s only the cabins that do not. I would not recommend staying in the cabins during the summer. The property is located close to West Yellowstone entrance, about 30 minutes drive.

This was our 50th Anniversary celebration with our family. A wonderful week at Yellowstone and the house was perfect for our needs. A few minor feedback items. Three of four clip for hot tub cover are missing, the doorstop for front door was broken. Someone had tried to stick it back with aluminum foil. Not successful. Foam mattress covers should be stored somewhere beside in bedroom closets which renders the closet unusable. Otherwise all was wonderful. Best stocked place we have ever stayed.
