"Staff were friendly. While the room was clean, they are very dark. The walkway on the top floor is in front of the windows so, you either have to choose privacy or natural light which is unfortunate. The pool was very cold so we didn’t swim. It was a pleasant stay overall."

Filthy is an understatement, mould in the fridge, coffee machine with no coffee or mugs (not that i would have drank out of them anyway). Stained mattress's, long black hairs in the bathroom and on the sheets. This place needs to be condemned. Homeless shelter across the road, it looks like someone had previously tried to kick the door in on the room we were allocated and screen pulled back as...
