The Space:

Welcome to Merritt Islands newest resort community, Cape Crossing Resort and Marina! Cape Crossing Resort is located on Merritt Island, between the Indian River and the Banana River and on the Canaveral Barge Canal water bridge, offering direct access to both rivers, intra-coastal waterway, Port Canaveral, the Atlantic Ocean, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and direct access to the Orlando International Airport. Nestled on one of the top two floors, this stylish and modern condo boasts three spacious bedrooms, including two with lavish king-size beds and one with a comfortable queen-size bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area, with its large table and additional eat-in kitchen space, offers ample room for everyone to gather. The living area invites you to relax and unwind on the plush sectional sofa while enjoying the stunning waterfront views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Step out onto the balcony, and you'll be greeted with a panorama that showcases the beauty of the water. Watch as the sun sets and paints the sky with vibrant colors. And if you're lucky, you might witness one of the space coast's mesmerizing rocket launches right from the comfort of your own private retreat. This condo combines luxury, comfort, and captivating views to create an unforgettable stay.

Cape Crossing is a waterfront “Old-Florida Keys” style resort located on Merritt Island, Florida where vacationers and corporate travelers are able to enjoy a fun-filled Florida adventure with all the comforts of home.



Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill at Cape Crossing is open and is is the largest tiki bar and restaurant on Florida’s Space Coast. With a Florida fresh theme with a Polynesian twist it is the perfect place to relax and get a bite to eat!



Kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon rentals and boat slips are available, at Cape Crossing Resort and Marina, for exploring the rivers, canals, or many of its tributaries for a relaxing afternoon paddle. Or, entertain friends and family while cruising at a gentle pace along the river’s edge. Plan a day at the beach or explore the other attractions in our Merritt Island community.

Plenty of parking on property, with Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
