「We arrived at Herbes Folles after a long day and a delay on the Eurotunnel. What a beautiful place located in the countryside. Our room was stunning and so comfortable, everything we needed. We were made to feel so welcome nothing was too much trouble, so kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious….homemade products from the farm. We would not hesitate in returning to Herbes Folles. Thank you」

「A remarkable place to stay. As a hotel it does have it's limitations- light and soundproofing are both quite poor. However the bed was very comfy, the WiFi was decent, the bathrooms were very clean and the shower was good. Decent continental breakfast. Very friendly staff. The main reason for staying here is to experience this historic building and the stories it has to tell. From that point of view it is amazing. So no it isn't the most luxurious place I've ever stayed but it might well be...

「Overall it seemed to be suitable for business stay but not so great for a family stay. The facilities in the room were poor; no tea or coffee making facilities whatsoever, only one chair in a double room, the sliding bathroom door had a broken lock (as did the second room I'd booked for another family member), the room was really hot on the first night. To be fair, the restaurant was really good and parking was convenient.」

「Room was modern, clean and well presented. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. As an English speaking visitor, have staff that spoke good English was a great help. Also the WW1 display in the hotel is excellent.」
