"We appreciated having the option of a small kitchen. We also liked how roomy our room was with a nice leather couch and big windows that opened for fresh air. "I booked this hotel for two nights to be close to the airport. The staff is very kind. The room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable bed. No smell. Great little kitchenette with fridge.The hotel is located in an industrial zone, about 1 km walk from Caroline Aigle tram stop that will bring you directly into Bordeaux. Tickets are currently 1,80 € and can be purchased from a dispensing machine at each stops. The walking distance to the airport is 1,6 km or 1 mile. Cons- I couldn't figure out how to use the A/C, I even found a Youtube video - no luck. Same thing with the heated towel bar, the digital pad had a lock on it. The mini fridge dial was set to 1, so the freezer section unthawed and the veggie drawer was full of water. There was also some black mold on the glass shelf. I took care of it myself and cleaned the fridge before using it. There is a trim missing on the bottom of the tub that is a bit of an eyesore. The trim and the fridge were the first thing I saw when I entered the room. Not the best impression. Apart from that the room was nice. The hallway and door leading to the room is a bit institutionalized, really not the best impression. The hotel from outside looks great."
