「The room we requested was to be a handicap accessible room, it was not. No hand railings in bathroom for toilet or shower. Room smelled bad. Dark and dingy. The doors and walls looked as if they had been kicked several times. Felt very unsafe」

「The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bath was dangerously slippery but did have a hand bar but I lined it with one of the towels for a shower.
The breakfast was ok but lukewarm rather than hot.
It was noisy at night in our room as the staff of IHOP (which was opposite our room) hung out there on there breaks.」
