The place is very beautiful to start. Because of its location it's quiet and peaceful. The views are wonderful. The staff is great. My wife and I only had breakfast there since it was part of the stay and it was excellent. You will need some taxi service to go out and visit other sites but they have great locals with a whole lot of recommendations and stories. My next trip will be with the whole family

Best option for visiting Uxmal. It is within walking distance (30 second walk!) of the site entrance. The staff was fantastic. Victor took us through the plantation on one of their vintage Land Rovers, to pick fruit and eggs for breakfast. We got to drive! Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and courteous, five stars. The rooms were clean, the breakfast and dinner (a little on the pricey side) were ok. The location is excellent, less than a five minute walk to the Uxmal ruins. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Beautiful property with a kind and friendly staff. I stayed at the Lodge several times over the last ten years and my experience has always been very good. For those of you who love nature and appreciate tranquility there is no substitute, start your day with their delicious breakfast and simply walk to the breathtaking ruins of Uxmal for an intimate encounter with the mysterious world of the Maya :))

Pros: right across from Uxmal ruins, beautiful & peaceful jungle, clean room and bathroom, staff friendly and mostly helpful Cons: dinner for two was $105 USD plus tips. The other nearest town to eat was about 15 -20 mins away. However, limited internet connection so hard to navigate out in the middle of no where without maps. Breakfast and dinner were good but definitely too pricey. Big problem, power outages and no wifi. Sunsets around 6-7pm, nothing to do nearby when it gets dark. No wifi/service = no cellphone use or TV. There was reliable wifi in the restaurant but not our room although we were told we had a wifi extender. We were there 2 nights, never got fixed. Major for us, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pool had a lot of algae so def not inviting. I imagine is hard to upkeep given the amount of rain they get. We ended up not staying out last night. I would not stay here again.

Muy bonito hotel amplias habitaciones y con clima frio muy cómodo, a unos cuantos pasos de la zona arqueolpgica de Uxmal, con dos albercas muy bonitas y el restaurante también excelente.
