Place looked good in pictures. You can tell that outside was remodeled not long ago. However, once you get into the room... OH BOY! DEPRESSING... (NOT EVEN TO SLEEP ONLY MENTALITY) sadly the host (young lady) attending lack of professionalism, courtesy nor attention to details. I was placed in a room that didn't have towels, soap, toilet paper. On top of that she dindt explained anything about the parking, which you gotta pay (In cash) a deposit for you to have it... location is good for restaurants and night life but besides that...oh boy.. pool was green... like...legit green... i sadly pre-paid 4 nights... i lost the money as i could only sleep 1 night... please buy new bed sheets!! All of them dirty,stained and old... Lost of money and bad experiences for sure

The pool needs to keep up as the tiles that has been unsticking can hurt someone. The room needs at least 2 more towels for over 2 guests. I liked the room space, bathroom too. Nice putdoors.

Expedia said it had breakfast but hotel didnt have a restaurant so we would need to walk to a restaurant and get the breakfast. Pictures are not what it seems. They have so much filter on them or pictures are so old. Place is old and bathroom is so rusty and dirty. Beds were stained and towels too. Had to spend 40 mins killing mosquitoes in the room. Only good thing was staff was friendly. Not their fault hotel is bad

There were little black flies everywhere, Very noisy. Stairs in room and I fell and broke my nose. No restroom in lobby. Two ratty towels and the sheets were too short for the bed. No blanket, Got comforter and it had holes in it. They threaten with a 175 peso charge if you stain towels or sheets. I could go on but, not worth it.

Un detalle al inicio y otro al final, ya nos hemos hospedado en el hotel y por primera vez se nos bego la cortesía de un baño momentaneo.luego al regresar la sorpresa qué nos entregaron la habitación antes de las 3pm.y fue bueno ya que teníamos cita a las 3.30pm,la habitación ,televisión smart y wifi Ok.el detalle con el baño hay qué probarlo antes de instalarse que sea funcional todos los servicios. Lamentable te hacen firmar un aviso y reglamento, Pero no todos haxen caso,y peor No hacen nada por la tranquilidad del resto de los huespedes. Espero tomen en cuenta este detalle y agradezco la toma de mi petición cuando llegue.

Habia leido comentarios sobre cucharachas y falta de limpieza en el hotel, sin embargo decidimos darle una oportunidad, de cualquier forma estaríamos solo una noche. Para mi sorpresa, al entrar al cuarto, lo primero que hice fue entrar al baño y lo primero que vi fue una cucharacha pequeña. De igual forma una de las almohadas tenia una pequeña mancha de lo que parecia ser sangre. El hotel no es malo, si mejoraran la limpieza podrian tener un gran producto
