🇭🇹🇭🇹I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel during my vacation. Everything was great, and I truly appreciated the service. The only suggestion I would have is to add valet parking, which would make the experience even better. Overall, everything was excellent. Thank you 🇭🇹🇭🇹

Place looked good in pictures. You can tell that outside was remodeled not long ago. However, once you get into the room... OH BOY! DEPRESSING... (NOT EVEN TO SLEEP ONLY MENTALITY) sadly the host (young lady) attending lack of professionalism, courtesy nor attention to details. I was placed in a room that didn't have towels, soap, toilet paper. On top of that she dindt explained anything about the parking, which you gotta pay (In cash) a deposit for you to have it... location is good for restaurants and night life but besides that...oh boy.. pool was green... like...legit green... i sadly pre-paid 4 nights... i lost the money as i could only sleep 1 night... please buy new bed sheets!! All of them dirty,stained and old... Lost of money and bad experiences for sure

The pool needs to keep up as the tiles that has been unsticking can hurt someone. The room needs at least 2 more towels for over 2 guests. I liked the room space, bathroom too. Nice putdoors.

We had a issue with our shower not having a door flooded the bathroom. Then AC unit was dripping water. They fixed the ac but overall not a great experience

There were little black flies everywhere, Very noisy. Stairs in room and I fell and broke my nose. No restroom in lobby. Two ratty towels and the sheets were too short for the bed. No blanket, Got comforter and it had holes in it. They threaten with a 175 peso charge if you stain towels or sheets. I could go on but, not worth it.

Es un buen hotel, que a crecido con el pasar apenas de 2 años , personal de administración y recepción qué se da gusto volver a ver caras conocidas, buena atención y reconocimiento a sus clientes y que hemos estado anteriormente hospedados, les aseguro que es de buen ver y agradable qué te llamen por tu nombre y se acuerden de ti, apesar del mundo de gente que pasa por el mismo,cada uno es individual y merece mis respetos, desde la camarera,ama de llaves, recepción y administración, claro todo nunca puede estar al 100%, aunque siempre procuran hacerlo, como es el caso individual de una persona de recepción que es todo lo contrario al resto, encontrándose en el turno de la noche del martes 27 octubre, un joven que no a logrado aprender qué un hotel no es un lugar con cuartos, y que se convierte en tu cuarto- casa provisional por unos dias.y que lo último antes de acostarse es ver y sentirte con una pésima atención hasta para dirigirse a uno, pero esa esa es la excepción qué solo con ignorar, se ven ante un gran número de personas que estan en servicio para hacer amena tu estancia,ademas que tienen siempre disponible en lobby un buen café, cuenta con elevador y escaleras, habitación amplias, limpia y con una cama agradable, baño limpio y funcional y televisión por cable satelital y en ocaciones Smart tv,climatizada y con iluminación adecuada, sin duda un hotel accesible en todos los aspectos y que pasa la media entre calidad-precio , definitivamente recomendado.
