The hotel is in construction of some future residences all over, and even though we got an upgrade on a great room, you could here in the pool and common areas the construction noise most of the day.

Absolutely loved this property. The staff is excellent, they all know your name immediately and no matter who is near you they are asking if we need anything and are there to assist in anyway. The property is quiet and beautiful.

A lovely hacienda hotel with a mix of old and new. The main swimming pool is fantastic, and the food/drinks offer of a high standard (if expensive) with very professional service level throughout. Our modern room was incredible with outside shower, bath, terrace area, and bed. Although some of the original hacienda charm is being lost by the hotel's expansion, it is being sensitively done with beautiful landscaping and spa area. Note that there is building work going on overlooking the main pool, but not overly intrusive. For peaceful enjoyment, the hotel may also need to think about making one of the two other pools into a children's area or enforcing clearer etiquette on pool use.
