"Beautiful hotel and setting. Room was spacious with balcony view of the two ponds out back. Very relaxing. Check-in somewhat complicated, but staff was very helpful. Price was quite reasonable for a resort of this quality. We would definitely return!"

"Good price and location but when we were there we had difficulties with property maintenance. The elevator button panel fell off while we were eating breakfast and everyone had to take the stairs. The breakfast room had logistical challenges and was very full. Our room had a broken hair dryer and some da))?mage in the bathroom. Beds were comfy and everything was clean.Staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Overall, location was great, rooms were clean,"

"We could not have asked for a more caring staff. They were very cheerful and attentive to our needs. The property was well maintained (got quite a bit of new furniture the day we were checking out) and conveniently located. Housekeeping was helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was good. We found other guests visiting amongst each other friendly also. Desk staff greeted us each time we entered or exited the building."

"Cheap stay but still not worth the price. Do not stay here. The hotel is run down. Pictures are not current at all. Building is outdated. Room was dirty and in badly in disrepair. Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible if you can even call it a Breakfast. Pool and hottub was nasty. The whole place is way overdue for a remodel. I cant think of one good thing to mention."

"stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again."

"We had an enjoyable stay. The location was convenient. Check in was easy. Our unit was spacious and clean. (the bathtub was very slippery though). They did ask us at check-in to attend a time share presentation, but we politely said we were not interested and the timing did not fit with our plans and there was no additional pressure."

"Room was in need of cleaning of surfaces and thorough vacuuming. Bed clean and comfortable. Noise of slamming doors in hallway and jumping on floor above room. Fabulous large heated outdoor pool perfect for lap swimming. Breakfast minimal. Poorly marked road into property parking. Friendly courteous staff."
