"Room nice. Had booked a twin but Room had a double bed. Took ages to sort out. Went to the spa to relax. Far from relaxing with noisy children screeching and shouting. So very disappointing as we were really looking forward to relaxing in the spa, that was the reason that we booked this particular hotel and not another. Food was nice in bar and good service. Disappointed for what we paid + £10 parking. Combination of the room not being right, and the spa, made for not a great visit."

"Excellent dog friendly hotel. The hotel is next to a busy road so highly recommend booking a lakeside room which are much quieter, large and have a good view. Whilst the hotel is quite tired, for the price we paid and service we received, it represents good value. Meals in the bar well priced too. "

"Staff lovely, food and service reasonable, and the fridge and microwave is a great bonus, as are the takeout hot sandwiches at Breakfast, but the room could be a lot cleaner, it's not nice finding lots of dust when looking behind bedside cupboards for sockets to plug chargers into, plus the carpet was filthy"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Brindleshaw Barn! The cottage had everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Our hosts were exceptionally accommodating and friendly, which added a personal touch to our experience.The location was ideal for us, as it was not far from Tesco and other grocery stores, making it easy to stock up on essentials. Additionally, it was perfectly situated for visiting various attractions in Kent, which was exactly what we were looking for.The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. Overall, Brindleshaw Barn provided a perfect home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!"

"The lodges are very well equipped and we felt we could have stayed longer! The only thing is that Point Lodge could do with a little more storage especially for guests staying between 4 and 7 nights. More shelves etc and maybe a hook or two for towels/coats etc. The bathroom lacked storage and I found I was putting things on the floor. Exceptional value for money and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus. I really enjoyed stoking the wood burner - it takes a lot of wood to get going but once the hot tub is hot its easy to maintain at that temperature."
