There were acres and acres of vineyards to explore, plenty of quiet spaces to enjoy the sunrise or sunset and the food and wine were exquisite. The resort is situated right at the foot of the Andes mountains and waking up to that stunning view everyday was incredible and absolutely breathtaking.
