Two further double bedrooms and a comfortable bedroom with twin single beds also feature to the ground floor, alongside a fully fitted family bathroom with bath tub, power shower and ‘his and hers’ washbasin sinks.
The villa’s secondary kitchen to the ground floor perfectly complements the stone built BBQ and dining area outside, providing added convenience as a catering and food preparation area for alfresco dinner parties and relaxed summertime lunches.

Menaggio is one of the famous picturesque ‘golden triangle’ towns of Lake Como and is easily accessible from Croce, being just a 5 minute’s drive away. Pretty cafe-lined piazzas, a wide variety of shops and restaurants and a family-friendly Lido with cocktail lounge provides all you need on a daily basis and a car and passenger ferry service operates from the town between Bellagio, Varenna and Cadenabbia. Nearby attractions include Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi and Villa Balbianello. Fine dining can be found easily along the western shore, from the central lake to the south part of Lake Como. The villa is ideally situated for those travelling by car with plenty of off-street parking behind its gated entrance. A local convenience store and bus service is situated in Croce and the highly recommended ‘Agriturismo’ places popular with families and known as ‘Ristorante Agriturismo La Barcola’ is less than a 5 minutes drive away from the villa.
