Mold/mildew all over the sink, tub/shower, and toilet. If these things were cleaned properly and often this should not be the case. The sheets and towels were stained. The carpet was torn at the door and in several places in the room. Due to these circumstances we were too afraid to get ice or partake in the breakfast they offer.

I was disappointed with my stay. I was not aware that the front desk and guest rooms are on the different side. To get to our room, we had to cross to the other side, use a key card to enter a gated area, and walk up the stairs to the second floor, which was inconvenient—especially with luggage. The room itself was not well maintained. The toilet was dirty, the TV was not working, and the bathtub did not drain properly. These issues made the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was also misleading. There was no buffet breakfast available as advertised. Additionally, the photos online make the hotel look much nicer than it actually is in person. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations.

They advertised a buffet breakfast. It consisted of a waffle maker only. Yo me, thats not breakfast. I was expecting sausage, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and such. They had yogurt in the fridge, only. No fruits or breads. The only other thing they had was cold cereal and 2% milk. The only juice that worked was the orange; others were listed but they spit out water (maybe). The room was good.

The name and address on my reservation got changed and the hotel refused to honor my reservation. I tried working with the hotel and Expedia to find out how that happened and to get my money back, but they chose to only refund one of the two nights—even after several calls and emails with people who said they would help me.

Check in process was fine. Pretty quick. However, Hotel is very dated. Beds were not comfortable to me. Room was clean & spacious. Was very convenient for access to airport. I was upset to find out that I could have gotten the room for $25 less than what I paid on Hotels.com by going through actual hotel website. It worked for what we needed & the price we paid. Probably won’t visit again. Mainly because of smell in room.

The property was secure and I liked it. All residents had to have a gate access card. But upon arrival of my room, I noticed that there was a pee stench on both corners of the hotel as if people have been urinating outside. The AC wasn’t working properly. And I’m not gonna complain so much because it was a smoking room, but we did notice like stains on the spread.

External door to apartment allows noise in, exhaust from cars parked a few feet away. Thin walls let all sound through. Bedsheets are old and dingy with age. Bedsheets had cigarette burnholes, in a nonsmoking room. Service was polite and prompt at the desk. Water ran hot with good pressure. Heat/AC unit worked well. Soap was cheap and chalky. Carpet, furniture and fixtures all dated, giving 1975 Dodge station wagon energy.

Travelers a FYI. If you are booking your room as on a spontaneous trip as we did, we booked it on the drive down. Not sure of traffic on a holiday thus making a 10 hour trip into a 15 hour trip. We were so tired... and still had 6 hours more to drive to get to the hotel and wanted to rebook to a closer hotel. Since, we did not get the warranty coverage (it was like 5 bucks extra) we could not cancel the reservation. Expedia even contacted the hotel to ask. The clerk said NO! that's why there are rules. **(Fair enough) It's our fault for not being prepared for holiday traffic. I just wanted to inform that the extra 5.00 insurance would have been a game changer. So, if your not 💯 percent sure on the time it would be a good idea to get it. ***We left at 10 am to go to Memphis and drove 15 and 1/2 hours in total, with only restroom stops and grab a sandwich on the go. It was brutal to say the least. As, far as the condition of the room.... Clean, no weird smell walking in. The beds were really comfy better than others I've stayed at. Bedding smelled fresh and clean. A little wear n tear in the shower but no biggie. There was a bit of noise from the airport but, not a big deal to me since we were exhausted from the drive. Breakfast... 🙊🙉🙈 Let's just say don't bother. 😔
