"When we first got in, the security guard made no real effort to assist us with keeping the door open, which is difficult to do when you're trying to push a luggage cart through and the doors are not automatic. At first, the receptionist was a bit cold, but when we saw her 2 days later, she seemed much friendlier. The room had a tall ceiling, which was nice. The mattresses do NOT stay on the bedframes, so be careful when pulling back the sheets and climbing in. There were random stains on the headboards and carpet. In the bathroom, the toilet hanger did not want to stay in place so anytime you tried to rip it off, the roll would go flying off the hanger. The shower door did not connect to anything adjacent, so when you shower, it sprays everywhere the door couldn't block.
It feels like they tried to update things to look fancy but are not, in fact, fancy. Oh, and our bathroom sink did not drain well and would take forever for the water to empty out.
We did end up having a fantastic experience at the rooftop bar with other staff and the sunset from there was phenomenal.
Overall, the finishes are ok, but there's still a lot of work to make these rooms feel more polished."
