"We had a horrible experience checking in. It was partly Expedia's fault, but the lack of communication by the property really irritated me. After 1.5 hours trying to check in with 4 kids, we were finally able to get into the room. The front area and lobby smelt like marijuana and my wife was harassed when trying to get from the self parking to the front door. Such a terrible experience we cut our trip short and went home after one night. Do not recommend for any families traveling to Memphis."
