Présenter un film différent d’Elvis par soir dans le cinéma est une très bonne idée. Et il faut vraiment aimer Elvis car les mêmes chansons jouent en boucle 24/24. Par contre, le staff ne répond pas aux messages envoyés via textos ou applications. De plus, nous avons oublié des vêtements dans la chambre lors du check out, et lorsque nous avons appelé le house keeping pour leur en faire part, ils nous ont dit qu’ils allaient vérifier et nous recontacter. Nous n’avons jamais eu de nouvelles par la suite…"

"No . No. No. Don't go here.. not sure how this dump can be listed as a good place. Front desk staff aggressive and not polite when askling for help.. breakfast was horrible and dirty I'm in a wheelchair and was waiting in line for food and the hot food pans were empty and it took over an half hour to be refilled by the time I got back in the new formed line of people it was scrap's of food left... I never felt so mistreated and looked down at by the workers .. I went to the desk and Said I wasn't able to get breakfast and he said what did I want him to do..I asked to speak to the manager he told me he's out of town for the week.... So disappointed in this hotel....and the way a senior citizen was treated.."

"Very luxurious hotel. Free valet with convinent pre call on your phone. Hit a button and 5 min later your car is out front waiting. Freindly people and great rooms. "

"I hate to write something like this but it starts off the first day heater didn’t work we’re freezing and we complain and they came up and said all they had to change something because of the unexpected cold weather I changed it in half hour later no warm air coming out so that move this to another room which was warm and it worked but it’s always a hassle to have to pack unpack pack and go to another room so that was the first day and then the second day we went out and came back in the room hadn’t been made at all so we ask about that and they said oh did you request room service room cleaning services said no we’re staying at a Hilton hotel we kind of thought we would get a clean room and she said well no it’s every two days and we’re only staying two nights so that means they don’t clean it at all but I did bring us some towels which is nice. Then the caulking on the bathtub was not really there in a lot of instance I don’t know if they were using some clear some not clear but it looked kind of dreadful for a Hilton and I told him about that and they said well that fix it right away and we came back ahead and fixed it and said well we don’t fix those things while we have a guest so there’s that however the staff was very very pleasant they were very courteous and helpful as they could be so it was just disappointing aspects coming out with everything"

"The pool was drained had a bad smell, they need to upgrade the rooms without carpet specially if they allow pets."
