"Great location, walked to Beale Street. Loved the rooftop bar views. Parking garage and gym are across the street."

"Worse hotel experience ever!! The regular elevator was out and there were mold on the second floor. Our bathroom had a awful smell coming out of water drain in the floor. I had to deep clean the room!! I would've canceled my room but we were in town for a funeral. Do not get fooled by nice lobby pictures!! "

"We were upgraded from our double queen room to one of the king rooms which was an amazing surprise. There was a nice room on our floor with complimentary drinks and breakfast. Best of all, the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!"
