"Our room was across the hall from a meeting room. A breakfast buffet was set up 5 feet from our hotel room door with people going through the line filling their plates at 7:30 in the morning. It woke us up long before we needed to be up to check out. Also the balcony in our room is so dark that we couldn’t read or eat at the table provided . The staff were all very helpful and friendly. "
"Toilet didn’t shut off and never saw any staff at all. Couldn’t tell you who worked there other than the security guard who drove around the lot in their car. "
"The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff we engaged with were pleasant and responsive. My only complaint is that there was a roach in the first room that we stayed in. We were quickly moved to another room, so that response was appropriate from the hotel. They need to do some pest management improvements so that that doesn’t happen to another guest. "
"This hotel was excellent! Every staff person was friendly and helpful. They took good care of us! This is a good place to stay if you are going to the ORPHEUM, FedEx arena and downtown. The hotel itself was unique with loft style rooms. The rooms are quiet and we got good sleep here.
