I really like this stay there was definitely A1, I do wish they had other provisions and I would have stayed such as a microwave oven a mini refrigerator. A very good hotel I really did like it. However sleeping was difficult at night because of outside noise.

Staff at reception where very rude barely looking up from their computers never saying hello or goodbye treated customers as a inconvenience the only time they Spoke to me i got told you broke a glass you must pay i did at no time break a glass it must have been a cleaner but to make such a fuss over a £2 glass is ridiculous
The room was good size the kitchen had the bare minimum of utensils the cleaning was always done well and the security team was friendly and helpfull was all just let down by the reception staff
