Villino Raffy is a vacation home for rent in Torre dell`Orso, in a residential area and in an elegant setting, a few hundred meters from the sea.
The interior is equipped with air conditioning and fan, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, kitchen with electric oven and coffee maker.
 
The vacation house has a nice equipped garden with parking space on the ground floor, while the dwelling is located on the second floor. Villino Raffy offers up to 5 beds.

Villino Raffy is a detached, fully fenced dwelling in an elegant setting of terraced houses. On the ground floor there is a nice garden equipped with tables, chairs and umbrella, fenced and with space to park the car.
External stairs lead to the second floor where the apartment is developed. On the entrance balcony there is a mobile barbecue.
The interior opens with a spacious living room , furnished with a sitting area, dining table and chairs, TV. From here one enters the equipped kitchen , from which one can exit to the balcony present on the back, equipped with washstand and clothesline.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds, and completed by 1 shower room. The fifth sleeping place is on a single sofa bed.

Villino Raffy is a vacation home located in Torre dell`Orso, in residential area, on the outskirts of the marina of Melendugno where there are several terraced houses in the green, in a private road.
Torre dell`Orso is a seaside resort renowned for its beautiful beach with the legendary "Two Sisters." The vacation home is just 1.4 km from the coast and the beach.
In Torre dell`Orso there are all the main services during the summer season.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Ceiling blades only in the triple room.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
- Mosquito nets only in the bedrooms. 
- External stairs lead to the first floor where there is the home.
