Hotel was very accommodating for us and our needs, we requested a microwave and extra towels and they were happy to do so. Breakfast was lovely as was Hop Garden for dinner. Our son loved the view of the city and will happily come back again

Price was excellent but room servicing left a lot to be desired. First two days out of six a pass but forget the rest of the days, we had to ask for things like towels etc…even toilet paper. Bed not made and had to use our coffee cups three days in a row without clean ones. Floor was not vacuumed ...
