It's ideal for a family holiday, a getaway with friends, a spa weekend or a golf trip away. Close to Ryes surf back beach and the calm Rye foreshore beach, you have the best of both worlds, plus the Peninsula Hot Springs and the new Alba Thermal Springs are only a short drive away. The Peninsula is well known for it's amazing golf courses, and incredible wineries and breweries, which can be easily accessed from this location also. HOUSE FEATURES: This classic beach house has been updated with coastal styling and furnishings, creating a relaxed holiday vibe throughout. It features a newly updated industrial galley-style kitchen, with french doors that open out to a large, private, north facing entertaining deck, making indoor/outdoor dining easy. There is also a spacious, open plan lounge/dining area with Smart TV and split system heating and cooling, 3 good-sized bedrooms (the bunk room has another TV) and a newly renovated family bathroom with shower, double vanity and separate toilet. After a busy day exploring the Peninsula, this tranquil beach retreat offers many places to relax. Enjoy wine and nibbles on the deck or sit around the lovely fire pit under the tea-trees in the rear garden. This property also has off-street parking for up to 3 cars, a jet ski or small boat.
