The room did not have a microvave as it should have. 2. the phone in the room was disconnected so I had to ring the front desk on my mobile 3. the chap at the front desk failed to take any action when notified. Lovely accommodation for 7 nights. Great pool, sauna and spa. Unserviced but we were made aware of that. View to the river was amazing, had 2 meals at the restaurant, good prices and quality with a weekend surcharge. Cooking facilities in the room were good. Only thing that let the stay down was 2 cracked vinyl chairs at the desk/table. For a hotel of this standard where nearly everything was perfect it took away the sign of glamour and caring.
