It is an entertainer's dream with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and easy indoor/outdoor entertaining. Downstairs offers 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second living area which opens out to landscaped gardens. Other features include a Smart TV, 2 standard TVs, ducted heating throughout, split system and evaporative air conditiong in the living areas, ceiling fans in bedrooms, mains gas BBQ and onsite parking in carport for up to 2 cars (shared driveway to remain clear).

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
