This motel is nothing like the pictures, it is dirty and filthy and not looked after at all … There were food pieces on the walls in the bathroom like someone had vomit in there and missed the toilet all together, the floors all were dirty and stained. Curtains were ripped. This motel has loads of people living there permanently. We had no choice but to stay there for the night as we got there late…. We slept on top Of the blankets in our clothes.

This property is poor beyond description. I felt very unsafe. Several drug affected or mentally ill people were in doorways. The website photos are false and totally misleading. I cannot believe that the property is included on Wotif. Myself and a friend booked for two nights but left within 10 minutes. The property was obviosly being used as a place for homeless and / or drug affected, mentally ill people. It was dirty, a broken down car with smashed windows was in the carpark. The rooms were filthy from the outside with cracked glass etc. One room had red paint splashed over door and broken window. Broken bikes and rubbish was in doorways and common areas. Cigarette smoke was the pervading odour everywhere.

Absolutely terrible. I ended up leaving straight after checking in and finding alternate accommodation for the night. Strong cigarette smell in the room made me feel sick. I noticed multiple other rooms had broken windows which made me feel extremely unsafe as a single female occupant. A lot of rubbish/ hard rubbish lying around everywhere. Terrible. Although my booking was non- refundable- I am very disappointed and think I should get at least partial refund due to choosing not to stay there.

Crack house

Was not impressed with this motel at all. The TV didn't work. Housekeeping should be re trained. Very run down. Spoon in the middle of the bathroom floor. And the electronic room key didn't work. App won't let me add photos !!

The room in this motel is a disgrace and not habitable. The door lock did not latch and there was no security chain. There was graffiti on the mirror, a torn blind, dirty shelves and a dirty bathroom floor. Front desk staff couldn't care less. AND they were charging $139 per night!! The Health Dept needs to pay a visit to this motel...I'm still waiting for my refund.

Good for a one night stay in a no fuss accommodation. The motel is not the most modern but has a comfortable bed, with a nice shower with a mini fridge in a spacious room. It can smell like cigarette smoke but it is older so to be expected. I will stay here again. The staff are friendly & accommodating.

After inspecting our Room, it was dirty & smelly, and the area felt unsafe, due to permanent residents uncontrolled filth. When asking for a refund, - it was immediately denied with shrugged shoulders and a no- care attitude. No minimum standards ar all, with smells to promote vomiting. -- The entire Motel should be demolished and fumigated.

People from other rooms were make loud noise through out then night z. Reception not picking phone . I could not sleep all the night . Drunk people were outside and fighting, I was concerned if my car parked outside the room was get damaged . Room and facilities are very old , almost every thing is broken down . No room service for change of sheets and cleaning for next day . I will not return to this motel in future

On arrival no tv in room partner nearly got run over in drive way . Room very dirty mould in shower .Other guest live on property and smoke in rooms and have animals in room with them . I stated all this to reception and they replied they know .

A very basic lodging. The only thing we liked was the clean linen, clean bathroom but cracked sink. Reception staff extremely indifferent and unhelpful. Building very dilapidated - bathroom window loose, front door badly fitted on doorstep, room for vermin, insects. Basic requirements missing - eg. for 2 people, there was 1 knife and 1 spoon, 3 coffee mugs -1 broken, no glasses, a scattering of old tea, coffee,sugar, envelopes in a dirty draw. Our conclusion is that these people have NO IDEA how to run a hotel/motel.

Batteries have been removed from air conditioner control. Spoke to others staying there and all the controls had no batteries. Weren’t happy when I asked for them to be replaced. Had personal rubbish in alcove on second story. Definitely not welcoming sight to see. Would not stay again.
