Great Stay!

We loved being spread out in the 3 properties. Beds are very comfortable and have quality linens. Ample supply of beach/pool towels. Plenty of toys and pool floaties for kids to play with. Everyone enjoyed the pool and pickle ball court. Nearby Paradise Beach is beautiful. Plenty of restaurants and downtown Melbourne is nice to stroll around. Loved our stay! Thanks, Jen and Mike

The property was excellent for us for our yearly family vacation! We had plenty of room for meals. The pool was a highlight for everyone! My family was even asking me if we could stay here next year!!

Spacious and Comfortable Retreat for a Large Group Getaway

Our group of 13+3 children had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The November weather in Florida can be unpredictable, but this home was perfectly equipped to cater to all of our needs From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the spaciousness of the home, which accommodated our large group comfortably without feeling crowded. The living areas were well-appointed, offering ample room for everyone to relax and socialize. The outdoor area was a standout for us. The heated pool was a hit for all. It was the perfect remedy for the cooler November evenings, ensuring that swimming was still on the agenda despite the season. Additionally, the pickleball court provided literal hours of entertainment and laughs While we didn’t make it to the beach, we appreciated its proximity to the house, knowing that a beach day was within easy reach if our schedule had allowed. Moreover, the location proved to be incredibly convenient for our specific needs, being close to Space Coast Stadium for our softball tournament. The ease of access to the venue allowed us to enjoy our activities without the hassle of a long commute. We found the kitchen equipped for our group meals, and the bedrooms comfortable and well-maintained. It’s clear that the owners have thought about the small details, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Communication with the property owner was smooth, and incredibly accommodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable

Great Property

We had plenty of room for our group of 15. Pickle ball was lots of fun and the pool was refreshing. Beach was very close by & we loved the separate areas. Jennifer our host was so pleasant and answered our questions quickly. We all had a wonderful visit!

Great family vacation spot!

My family stayed at this property when celebrating my grandparent's 65th wedding anniversary and grandfather's 90th birthday. We had an absolutely wonderful time! All 12 of us (ages 11 to 90) were comfortable and had plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The hosts were very kind and communicative and the place was quite large (we all had our own space and never felt 'on top of' each other. It's also quite close to Paradise Beach and Downtown Melbourne, as well as several groceries. I would highly recommend!

Great experience!

The house setup was perfect for our group! We had 14 people including a 4 year old, 5 teenagers, and 4 couples. My parents stayed in the romantic cottage, the 5 teens stayed in the Cozy Cottage and the rest of us in the Main House. There were plenty of games and activities available for evenings in and pickleball was a fun option. It was also nice to have plenty of beach chairs and beach items available at the house. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. Not as close to the “good beach” as I had hoped but otherwise perfect. Hosts were accommodating and great.

Great Stay

We were in town for a USSSA baseball tournament and had 4 families stay at this property. It was great everyone had their own space and then could come together around the pool in the evenings. All three house were clean and comfortable we would definitely stay here again

Melbourne family vacation

What a great property!! Sometimes it’s hard to find a place that has all the bedrooms we need for the adults, this place delivered that giving everyone their own bedroom. We had 5 kids ranging from 2 to 11 years of age. Everyone had a blast with the pool, pickle ball and basketball. Location was excellent!!! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone!! It was definitely about building family memories.

Our Family Stay

There are three great things about the property. 1. Great location to everything…ocean was great and super close. 2. Super clean and well laid out apartments with central gathering place. 3. Our host Jennifer was always so attentive to any questions. The only negative was we would have loved to use the hot tub but it did not work. Otherwise great stay!

Florida Getaway

This property had everything that our extended family needed for our vacation to Florida. With the housing setup it was perfect to have one couple in the seperate unit, the adults in the main house and the kids sharing the 3rd unit. Plenty of space for everyone to get together and also find space to be alone as well. We also got a lot of usage out of the pickleball and basketball courts. Great location to many beachs and only a mile to dowtown Eau Gullie. Would recommend!

Great location

We were 4 family, 2 families of 4 persons, 1 of 3 and a couple that was place for everyone, great house, confortable living room, nice poll, a lot of fun playing pickleball (nice game for all ages). Located a few minutes from all services, beach. I would go back there anytime. Dominic Québec Canada.

Lovely property

Charming property - furnishings were fresh and clean - everything was clean and well cared for - beds were comfortable - Jennifer was available to answer questions and was kind enough to let us checkin early so our two year old could nap - we had cool weather and it was disappointing that the pool and hot tub are not heated - we checked out early to spend some time at a hotel with heated pool and hot tub

Wonderful space for large groups

Our extended family really enjoyed this vacation rental. It was lovely to all be on one property and also to feel like we had more space with the property having 3 different housing units. The pool was a big hit for all and the cooler mornings and evenings were perfect for pickleball! The largest housing unit had a large enough kitchen for us to do group meals. Paradise beach was the best beach we stumbled upon and it had a lifeguard and a nice playground. We actually got to see 2 sea turtles released by the Brevard Zoo! Other favorite spots in Melbourne were Mustard's (Hot dog place), Intercostal brewing company, Lourdes Library (speakeasy), Squid Lips, and our kids enjoyed Andretti Thrill Park (Look for Groupon coupon). Our hosts were wonderful and very easy to get in touch with. The main house does have stairs with two bedrooms upstairs; a King bedroom and a twin bedroom. I included this detail for anyone who may be unable to do stairs.
