Located 2km from Rye front beach, 7 min drive to Peninsula Hot Springs, 9 min drive from Rye Ocean Beach and access to some of Victoria's best Golf courses.

This ideal family retreat offers a front deck to enjoy the tranquillity and views of the ocean and Arthurs Seat as well as another rear deck and large backyard to take advantage of the afternoon sun.

The fully equipped kitchen comprises an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, sandwich press, air fryer and all kitchen equipment and items you would require for a relaxed stay.

The master bedroom includes a Queen-sized bed, built in robes and ensuite.

The second and third bedrooms both contain built in robes and a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom comprises 2 bunk beds and TV. There are 2 extra single mattresses and bedding if required.

A large master bathroom with instant hot water, services these rooms with a separate toilet.

The lounge room has an open wood fire to ensure everyone stays warm on those cold nights as well as couch and TV.

The laundry includes a washer/dryer all-in-one machine.

Complimentary wi-fi is available as well as a selection of board games and indoor /outdoor activities.

All linen and towels are included to ensure your stay is stress free.

This property is ideal for 2 or 3 families with plenty of space both inside and outside the house.
