A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout. 3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including communal gardens. Please be respectful of the neighbours. 4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time. 5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times. 6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 4 guests unless prior approval is obtained. 10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property. There is space for 1 car in the carport at the back of the property.
