Good budget motel

This was a one night stay to see the BBL final and we wanted something close to public transport. The room had new carpet, was clean and comfortable. Free parking and a short walk to shops for eating and groceries. Easy to find and as we had a room at the back it was quiet.

Stay some where else

Arrived late key in room which was very smelly bed was very hard. Carpet was patched badly very hard to get into shower because toilet was in the way of shower door kettle was blacked and as very hard to fill up in bathroom sink when using iron is spatt white calcium all over everything

Disgusting

The room amd surrounds were disgusting. Dirty. Needs a lot of repair. Tap handles falling off. TV not working, holes in dirty carpet,air con had a fork stuck in gap to stop it rattling, cupboard door falling off, very very rough grout patch up in shower, fridge not working and hot water that scolded you as cannot regulate. Over all the worse accommodation I have ever stayed in.

Needles in garden security door not on or have to pad lock itob outside all though it shouldn’t be used till a brand new dooor frame been attached though in ya mind it likes few drills an it can be cut off over a padlock so advice never leave valuables but staff are quite instinctively nice be better if laundry could be open for 9 pm at least

Motel is convenient location with reaonable rates. It has all facilities needed but is very old and delapidated. We found the bed and sofa very hard. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

Pros- the location Cons- where do l start, well on arrival there wasn’t anyone to welcome or give us the keys, when we finally did get to meet the person that was looking after the place he was more interested other tenants that had personal problems. The rooms whilst looked clean are in need of extreme over haul from top to bottom and in between, the photos that they show are definitely not what you get. Hence we did not stay there opting to loss our money. Definitely not a 3.5 star motel

It was very run down, lots of dodgy goings on in car park, totally old broken & missmatched furnishings, some fittings didnt work. Worst bathroom ever. Funky smells etc. Location convenient, size good. Would not recommend or use again.
