Located within a short walk to Rye’s stunning ocean beaches and so close to Peninsula Hot Springs and local golf courses, this expansive recently renovated and freshly furnished family home offers 4 living areas - 2 lounge rooms, a formal dining room, downstairs rumpus and games area, plus a huge north facing deck with soaring treetop views. With ducted heating throughout, split system heating/cooling and an open fireplace, it is a property for the family to enjoy regardless of the season.
IMPORTANT • Schoolies and groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances. • Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only. • Property welcomes the family dog but may not be suitable for every breed, therefore pets are on request and prior approval. • The bunks at this property are not suitable for adults, hence it is advertised as sleeping a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. We booked the house “back beach serenity” for a short getaway. Book a Break we’re so lovely to deal with, communication was excellent and they were so accomodating. The checkin and checkout process was very simple. Highly recommend booking through this business

Wonderful spot and beautiful location. House is in much better condition than pictures show. Great separation for kids and adults - and dogs loved it too. Beach is beautiful and short walk away. As is general store and cafe. We had a great time!

The house was fantastic
The photos of this place do not do it justice. The whole booking, check-in and checkout process were very straight forward, and they even provided us with guides on how to use things at the property! I could not recommend this place and the company enough!

Perfect for a large family
A spacious, well equipped house which was perfect for a family gathering. Distinct areas where children and adults could spend seperate time but also large communal areas for family relaxation and meals. Large outdoor lawn area was well used for play and family fitness sessions. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch thank you!

A very well maintained beautiful house with such great character A modern house with all facilities in the middle of trees ???? More than what we expected The games , Karoke , table tennis was all added bonus Kids loved it and adults could just relax as there was enough for kids to entertain themselves Walkable distance to the beech was so good . Beautiful neighbourhood Above all the bookabreak staff was such a great support and help . Even offered us a late check out as we were with kids ❤️❤️❤️ Will recommend this to all
The house is huge on a huge block, however the fencing is definitely not secure for pets - its chicken wire the whole way round, isnt very tall and is falling over or has holes in many spots. It is also topped with barbed wire which isn't pet friendly at all. The house was very well equipped and the kitchen well stocked. The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. Communication was easy and quick. Only thing extra that would have been nice is some shade on the deck - the sun just roasts the deck and even on the cold days you cant sit out there as its just too hot. An umbrella at least would be useful.
