This Back Beach property in Portsea was not fit for purpose and did not match its description. We had no hot water, no power to the second floor, found faeces and pests in the bed, experienced other cleanliness and pest issues, and essential supplies were missing. Our children also found an animal skull in the backyard, which was distressing. Contractors entered during our stay without notice, and management was difficult to deal with. The stay was stressful and well below expectations.
