Welcome to Preston Alfresco Poolside Retreat Rye!

This hidden sanctuary is your perfect home away from home. No doubt most of your time will be spent in the amazing alfresco area that has treetop views and overlooks the solar heated pool.

We also have 2 light and bright living areas, 1 with a gas fireplace. 4 beautifully styled bedrooms plus second living with 2 fold out couches and 2 bathrooms. Fully air conditioned & with ducted heating throughout to ensure your comfort all year round. Free Wifi.

Perfectly set up to gather family and friends with free Wifi, all the main streaming services and full linen supplied.
We have five sleeping spaces, sleeping twelve guests in comfortable beds.

Bedroom three with Queen bed
Bedroom four with single bed plus trundle bed that elevates to a normal single bed.
Second living space with door that has two high quality queen sized fold out sofa beds.

Both living spaces have smart TVs as does the alfresco area.
Evaporative cooling and ducted gas heating throughout.
Reverse cycle air conditioning in the second living room plus ceiling or pedestal fans in the bedrooms and living spaces. There is also heated lamps in the bathrooms. We want to ensure you are comfortable no matter the weather.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Dogs allowed if they are over 12 months old but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
