Extremely large for 1, very spacious for 2, good for 4, accommodates a maximum of 6.
This spacious self-contained 2-BEDROOM apartment unit houses a master bedroom with a queen sized bed. A second bedroom with a queen sized bed. A warm and cozy bathroom. A very spacious living area with a comfy 3-seater sofa bed that folds out to a double. A kitchen and dining. Complimentary coffee and tea. A laundry area with a washer, iron and an ironing board. Immensely convenient surroundings. We're just a 5min walk to the University of Melbourne and RMIT and a 5-9 min tram ride to Melbourne Central, QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.
I've included most of my favourite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop on Swanston St which is a 1min walk away.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Grattan St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min tram ride or a 10min walk away from us.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at "Lygon Street Car Park, 204-218 Lygon Street, Melbourne VIC 3053", which is a 5min walk from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.
Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.
This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The sleeping arrangement for the 5th and 6th adult would be on a 3-seater sofa bed which folds out to a double.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:
