Guest with Pets, PLEASE READ:
We allow up to 3 pets per booking. We do charge a deep cleaning fee at the day of your check-in through the resolution center. It's a flat fee of $150. Pets are NOT allowed on furnitures. Pets are not allowed to pee/poop on the turf in the backyard. We will charge you extra if we see any feces in the yard or stain/odor on furnitures. When you do walk your dog, please be respectful of the beautiful neighborhood and pick up after your little furry ones!

Pool heating; extra fee to heat the pool (ask before booking).

POOL HEATING:To 80F. the cost is$90 PER DAY. The pool takes 24 hours to heat prior to use, we only heat the pool for the entire stay).
