It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. 「Great food at dinner and breakfast however the room was freezing cold as hotel have not turned heat in yet . Portable radiator in room was on high the entire stay. Little things such as toilet running all night , heated towel rail broken. Could stay again IF other rooms had heat. 」
