"The staff was kind and very responsive on the arrival and organising the events. Checking in and out was easy, well organised. However the facilities needed more maintenance. The rooms were mouldy and needed more ventilation. Toilet wise could be largely improved in terms of insect defecate. Understand it’s a place surrounded by nature but also spotted a mouse in one of the rooms, the staff were quick to respond and helped checked the rooms. The lagoon area with water was dirty "

"It's a clean new hotel and the spa was amazing. Only 5 mins walk frm 1Batam Mall. Will stay here again. They have grilled on d spot meat for bfast buffet too."

"Our check in time by was delayed by an hour because of a faulty aircon. Offered us only a twin bed arrangement for my husband and I instead of another room with a queen bed. In such scenarios, i thought a free room upgrade would be suitable instead of pushing back our check in time. The ameneties like the swimming pool and gym were very run down. Super old and rusty machines and swimming pool was not well maintained too. Breakfast selection could be better too. Every morning had the same food stations. No changes to the lineup."

"The property is awesome, it clean, comfortable, quiet and better then we expected. Everyone in this trip is very happy and statifised with the room and it environment. Breakfast is good and the environment to have it is good and above expectations. The only draw back and negative thing is my room which is a family room wasnt ready at 3 plus when I reached there and tried to check. It is only ready at 4 plus close to 5 which is something there can be improved on. Overall it a good property and a good experiences. Will definitely recommend it my friend and will choose this again next time I am coming to batam."

Location just 5 mi s walk from Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Opposite hotel is a shopping mall that have a variety of food options, hypermarket, Starbucks, bakery etc."
