"It takes 10 minutes to get to waterfront by foot. Although less amenities (only toilet paper, shampoo, soap and bath towels), but staff are very helpful. I was bit disappointed that breakfast is not buffet but it was tasty."

"The best place to stay when you're in downtown Bandar Seri Begawan, honestly! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is tasty, the rooms are clean and cozy and there's free drinking water on every floor. There's not a single negative thing I could say about this place. You are lucky if the hotel isn't fully booked and you get a room! :-)"

"It's good just for sleeping if you have a long lay over. Room is okay however no TV, no soap and shampoo. It's just the room and bed. No safe as well for important stuff. "
