From the warm welcome, to the accommodations, to the food, to the experience as a whole, we thoroughly enjoyed it! My fiancé and I were pleasantly surprised. 「Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Erfoud und ist als Selbstfahrer problemlos zu finden. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage im traditionellen lokalen Stil. Wir haben ein grosszügiges Upgrade erhalten, das Hotel war allerdings auch nur wenig besetzt, Sehr freundliches Personal, welches einen einwandfreien Service bietet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings war der Wasserablauf der Dusche verstopft, was bezüglich Reinigung und Sauberkeit sofort Fragen aufwirft. Aber...

「Très belle expérience en plein coeur du désert. Les pieds dans la dune, littéralement. Service au top (diner copieux et très bon, mais à payer en extra) avec des jeunes adorables qui vous accueillent très bien (petit concert le premier soir). Le wifi ne marche pas dans les chambres éloignées de la tente commune. Pas grave mais faut le dire. Ils vont installer la clim apparemment. En attendant il faut vivre l’expérience authentique. 「There is no air conditioning and charger is only USB charge in room. Some room you can not locked and door stay open all night. Felt unsafe while sleeping due to unable to close my door. 」

「スタッフのサービスがとても良かったです。たまたま他のゲストがキャンセルになり、私一人だけだったので、寂しくないようにいろいろ話しかけてくれ、夜も歌やダンスなど、こちらが楽しくすごせるように配慮してくれたのが嬉しかったです。夕日も朝日もスタッフさんが連れて行ってくれました。エアコンはなく、夜は寒くてシャワーを浴びるのも大変でしたが、それもキャンプの楽しさと思えました。」
