Very friend people that work at the hotel. I have a German Shepherd dog and my fur baby like the hotel. I recommend this hotel if you have trained dogs specially it’s big one.

Typically for Ibis hotel, very standard hotel room, enough for a night. Hotel location is ver good and you have a proper parking. The welcome at the reception was good, that's why some stars, the rest of the service was terrible, the bar people didn't even cared that i was sitting there. So service was bad... funny that the housekeeping personal who tried to be invisible were smiling but the guys with straight guest contact, far away.

The hotel is in a perfect location but it needs lots of work to and maintenance. It's sad to see it so run down. It used to be a very nice hotel.

Very old and lacking maintenance. The breakfast is okay. The area is very busy and walkable. The parking is widely available though it could be crowded. The bathrooms are in pity states and the rooms lack cleaning

This is an honest review.. please avoid by any cost, its the worst Hotel ever been no welcome rode reception and customer service is below the standard. It shouldn't be 3* i don't think so will under 1* category.

I stayed at the ibis and was unhappy with the itching every night after putting up with it for 3 nights complained and was told sorry no upgrade no refund. Won’t be staying again, I should have really checked out after 1 night but have stayed 4/5 times before with no issue really dissatisfied with the service sorry really isn’t good enough when you’re paying hard earns money and you can’t sleep. I was told the window was open which I couldn’t tell because of the curtains covering it. Not happy at all

Bonjour, je recommande l'hôtel ibis Meknes personnel au top, accueillant, chaleureux, surtout une dénommée Nora et Fouad ainsi que le personnel de nettoyage de chambre aux petits soins au top et très bon service restauration aussi big up au Chef pour son tajine pour les olives. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel car il est proche de toute commodité, restauration extérieure activité à cinq minutes du Souk. Je recommande à 1000 % séjour effectués en famille et j'ai oublié aussi très bonne piscine, bien entretenu propre, merci aussi au maître nageur d'avoir surveillé nos bambino. C’était horrible (le déjeuner dîner et soir ):les gourmandises étaient durs tout et congelés et le midi était affreux . La piscine était froide et il y a tout plein d’abeilles sur les rebord.( L’ascenseur):prend du temps à s’ouvrir et à venir.(les cambre ) ;la lumière clignote,la clime fait du bruit.(la sale de la bains):était sale Franchement 0/10 cette hotel
