I've to get the tea and coffee sachets from the lounge in basement, after asking the staff; I wasn't told that beverages could be obtained from the basement. A few stand outs include Bob, Vic and Jill - thank you!! We were at the hotel during the April 2024 earthquake. The hotel staff took incredible measures to ensure we were safe even though we were all experiencing the same frightening earthquake. They handed out complimentary food and water, helped us navigate how to leave the area by train, taxi or plane, talked to my family members to answer questions, and ultimately provided us a room to stay an extra night."
