"The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great. The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."

"We were so disappointed when learning that the hotel is located more than 3 miles from the seaside. On their advertisement, there are some pictures showing the beach and swimming pool. Fake images and incorrect description !!! We were obliged to stay as they refused to reimburse and it was too late in the evening. We want to be reimbursed. "

"Booked this for a relaxing break near beach with our 15 month child. Apartment was great and just what we wanted. We went for 1 bed room cot was provided for little one(check about them charging you for this - they waive it for us but otherwise 30€ a week). Lounge/kitchen area was large with sofa of 2 single beds (whole place could accommodate 4 adults). Shower room good with spacious proportions and clean. "We booked a stay in the junior suite (with jacuzzi), planning to stay in Milazzo for only two nights. But we loved the easy access to a clean beach, the super comfy canopy bed, the well functioning AC, the pleasant staff and good breakfast mix of sweet and savory (tilting in typical Italian fashion to the sweet).
