"Breakfast had an interesting variety, I LOVED the fresh squeezed blood orange juice! Melania at the front desk was charming & very professional. She took excellent care of my out of the ordinary international travel timing needs. The opera fest in Bellini Park added the charm of live operatic soprano rehearsals in the mornings"

"We were encouraged by a tour guide to book a multi-star resort hotel in the Center of Siracusa. But, our research persuaded us that a boutique hotel on the Island of Ortigia was more in line with our standards and preferences. The Algila Ortigia Charme Hotel both met and exceeded our expectations. Everything, including the Center of Siracusa was within walking distance. The morning breakfast was convenient and ample. The bar was a nice place for a nightcap and the whisky selection was excellent. Our Junior Suite was very comfortable with quiet and great air conditioning. Our only regret was that we did not have more time to enjoy the terrace and views that were connected to our room."
