"The room was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. However, no breakfast available despite it being listed at booking. Toilet was loosely secured, shower was lukewarm, coffee maker in room was obviously not used for a while. The bathroom light and fan were motion sensor activated and couldn’t be disabled and so this was annoying in the middle of the night. It was ok but I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We stayed at Appellation June 5 & June 6 nights and checked out June 7 at 11:00 am. I had specifically mentioned to the ‘front desk’ about a month ago that we were there to celebrate my husband’s 60th bday & was told there will be something special included in the 2 rooms we had booked. Nothing special/any gift etc was included when we came in. Additionally I even reminded the lady at reception on June 6 whether they meant to include anything since that’s what I had been told earlier & she implied it would be done but again nothing was done. Only because this was my husband’s 60th I am definitely disappointed with management. They did not have to include anything at all but if they commit to something I feel it should have been followed through. Joshi"

"Stayed here for three nights and had an overall good experience. The location is convenient and not too far from the downtown area, and the room itself was comfortable and well-appointed. Our first night was unfortunately rough because the A/C in our room wasn’t working. However, the staff was very helpful and accommodating, doing their best to assist us and moving us to another room the following day. While it was definitely inconvenient, these things happen, and I appreciated how the team handled the situation."

"cable tv didn’t work in the room. phone didn’t work -had to walk down to the reception just to ask simple questions. out of coffee in the room -didn’t have any in the hotel at all walls are so thin you can hear conversations being had in room next door"

"I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel. Prior to my arrival, I attempted to contact the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late due to wedding-related travel. My calls went unanswered, and I received no response. When I arrived the following day, I was shocked to learn that my room had been given away. What makes this situation even worse is that I received absolutely no communication from the hotel—no phone call, no email, no text message, nothing—to inform me that my reservation was being canceled or that my room was at risk of being reassigned. I was attending a wedding where family and friends were all staying at this hotel, and I was left stranded with nowhere to stay. To add insult to injury, the hotel is still retaining approximately $1,500 for a room I never occupied. Despite their mistake and lack of communication, there has been no meaningful effort to resolve the situation or assist me. This is totally illegal btw. I later learned that several other members of our wedding group were also unhappy with their experience at this property. The lack of customer service, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Guests deserve better treatment and basic communication, especially when significant amounts of money are involved. Stay away. There are better options around the area to stay."
